Frantz H. Joseph is the Founder, President, and CEO of Sitadel International Group Incorporated. He is a senior executive and international business development professional with more than 10 years of Wall Street and financial services experience, including roles with Cantor Fitzgerald, Lehman Brothers, AIG, and MetLife. His background includes finance, accounting, capital markets exposure, institutional client service, strategic growth, and cross-border project structuring.

He also brings more than five years of construction and manufacturing experience through Oldcastle / CRH plc, giving him practical operating knowledge in building materials, industrial operations, project execution, and construction-sector coordination.

Based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, he leads Sitadel with a focus on infrastructure development, hospitality acquisition, transportation modernization, renewable energy, and economic development initiatives across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the broader Caribbean.

Mr. Joseph is also the Co-Founder of the Haitian American Commerce of Georgia, reflecting his long-standing commitment to strengthening Haitian-American business networks, regional trade relationships, and economic development partnerships.

His background includes U.S. Army Battle Staff and Intelligence training, anti-terrorism and force protection instruction, FEMA emergency management training, and service in hostile and complex environments including Haiti, Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, South Korea, Germany, Chad, and Burundi. He has supported U.S. State Department and defense-related missions, including programs connected to the Haitian National Police and international narcotics law enforcement capacity building. His expertise strengthens Sitadel's ability to assess operational risk, secure project environments, and coordinate logistics for complex deployments.

His leadership extends to large-scale infrastructure projects, most notably the design and nationwide deployment of the management and accounting platform for Haiti's Civil Aviation National Authority, a landmark modernization effort for the country's aviation operations.

Georgios Papavasileiou is an international operations executive, entrepreneur, and infrastructure specialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex projects across major sporting events, government programs, transportation systems, hospitality initiatives, and private-sector developments throughout Europe and the Middle East.

His career includes senior leadership positions supporting the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Doha 2006 Asian Games, IAAF World Indoor Championships in Doha, Baku 2015 European Games, Islamic Solidarity Games, Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the Red Sea International Film Festival, and the World Travel & Tourism Council Global Summit in Riyadh. Throughout these assignments, he has led large-scale venue operations, transportation planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics management, VIP and protocol services, crisis response, and operational readiness programs.

In parallel, Mr. Papavasileiou is the Founder and Managing Director of LINE-X Attica Protective Coatings, where he has developed industrial and infrastructure-focused business operations serving the maritime, construction, transportation, and commercial sectors. His entrepreneurial background provides practical expertise in business development, contract negotiation, operational scaling, project execution, and commercial strategy.

At Sitadel International Group, he contributes expertise in strategic operations, infrastructure deployment, transportation systems, hospitality support, large-scale project mobilization, and execution management. Datuk Nor Azah Binti Awin is a Malaysian corporate leader, former Senator, entrepreneur, and development finance professional with deep experience in project funding, corporate mergers and takeovers, banking, insurance, and economic development.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics with honors from the University of Malaya, a Master of Science in Management from the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Boston, is a Fellow of the Economic Development Institute of the World Bank, and attended the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Her career includes more than 10 years in development banking with Bank Pembangunan Malaysia, senior finance and insurance leadership, service as Group CEO of a public listed company, ownership and management of public listed and private enterprises, and six years as a Senator in the Parliament of Malaysia representing the corporate sector. She brings Sitadel senior-level capability in corporate finance, international development, gender-inclusive economic growth, and strategic funding advisory.
